Christmas Party Planning

Last night I dreamt that we threw a party and no one showed up. Liz wandered through and Julie and Laurent peeked their heads in, but it was so boring they made a quick exit. This year we're finally able to throw a Christmas party in our new home and I'm very excited [and apparently anxious?]. I love parties and I love throwing them even more. You don't have to worry about which one of you is going to be the designated driver and you can have all the costume changes you want! Everyone should throw more parties, just not on the same day as mine.

Most of my Christmas decorations are vintage pink and turquoise glass baubles passed down to me from my Great Aunts. They are some of my prized possessions. With that theme in mind, here's some of my party inspiration. You can find more ideas and recipes on my Christmas Party Pinterest Board.

  1. Amazing blog!! Really loved your ideas on Christmas celebrations. Will surely implement these ideas in my next year celebrations. Last Christmas went to my friend’s party at one of popular Chicago event venues. It was very enjoyable and awesome.
