We are in full toddler mode over here. This means Miss Scarlett has her own opinions and they often conflict with her other opinions. Her independent streak is kicking in but at the same time she needs me to stay very close. She's wildly curious, highly impatient and hell bent on going up and then down and then up all the stairs. Laughter and tears are often seconds apart. She's a little gap-toothed emotional tornado who's always ready to cuddle and we couldn't be happier.
My favorite part is her pure wonderment at everyday objects. She'll point to a flower/bug/plane/tree/hairbrush/book/blender/etc and say "WHOA"! with her eyes wide.
So everything is WHOA, sometimes even WOW and it always makes me smile. We take this magical green planet for granted so it's nice to be reminded that there's something special around every corner if you're paying attention.
but then i put a piece of mango on her plate and she completely lost her mind so there's that.
